Carols in the Park 2025 presented by The Greens, The Entrance returns in December!

Join us this Christmas Eve for a magical night of live entertainment, family fun and festive cheer at Carols in the Park, a much-loved tradition at The Entrance! This community celebration is the perfect way to welcome Christmas surrounded by family, friends and holiday spirit.

Enjoy a mix of traditional and modern Christmas carols performed by talented local singers, backed by The House Band, as the sounds of the season fill Memorial Park.

The night will be bursting with festive fun, including:
A special visit from Santa
Delicious food trucks
Market stalls for those last-minute gifts
A spectacular fireworks finale
Roving entertainment
Plenty of kids' activities

JC Entertainment and Events, supported by Central Coast Council and presented by The Greens The Entrance is bringing Carols in the Park to life once again and are looking for food and market stalls to join the Christmas fun!

Please note:

This application does NOT secure your spot at Carols in the Park 2025. Successful stallholders will be contacted via email by JC Entertainment and Events.

Stallholders will need to provide their own marquee/food truck.

Power is not included.

How do I get involved in the event?

We’d love to hear from you! Please complete the Stallholder Expression of Interest form above or contact us via the General Event Enquiries above and we’ll be in touch.

Is power available?

There is limited power available on site. If you require power, this must be requested in advance and confirmed with the Event Manager prior to the event day.

How much does it cost to have a stall?

Stallholder fees vary depending on the type and size of your setup. You can find pricing details in the Stallholder Application Form above.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, all stallholders are required to hold current Public Liability Insurance. Details will be collected during the application process.

What do I need to supply?

You are required to bring your own marquee and set-up. Please ensure your marquee is safely weighted (not pegged) and complies with event safety standards. All electrical equipment must be test tagged.

Is parking available for stallholders?

Yes, there is limited parking nearby. You’ll receive more information closer to the event regarding access and unloading zones.

When will I receive bump-in details?

Your bump in schedule, site map and all essential information will be emailed to you approximately one week before the event.

What happens if it rains or the event is cancelled?

In the case of severe weather, including heavy rain, the event may be cancelled. Our Event Manager will contact all stallholders directly if this occurs. Please refer to the stallholder Terms and Conditions for full details.

Can I help promote the event?

Absolutely! We’ll provide you with a social media tile and promotional assets that you can post at your leisure. Every bit of support helps spread the word.
