There is nothing worse than an event plagued with technical issues, poor audio coverage, microphones not working, videos freezing, videos with no sound and projections across the presenters face. We hate seeing this happen on events and we make sure this doesn't happen to our clients. From making sure the event is provided with the right equipment, pre checking the content before the event to briefing the event manager and speakers on how to use the microphones. Because no two events are the same. We have tried! The event brief, venue, event times, load in times and number of people will all greatly affect the equipment and crew required to deliver the job. By chatting to our team when can provide the perfect solution and reasons why you required particular equipment. If budget is still a problem after that we can work with you explaining the cause and effect of remove particular pieces of equipment and what that will mean on event day.
You only get one shot at delivering your event. You can't come back tomorrow and try again. If the microphone doesn't work when the guest speaker start presenting or their video doesn't play with the sound the first time that is what your guest will remember and talk about. We are like event ninjas, if no one notices us we have done our jobs well.
Do you book out on particular dates?
While we have a fairly large team there are still certain periods where we cannot help customers due to being fully booked. We want to ensure we have all our resources available to support our clients who have trusted us with their important event. We don't take that for granted.
Every day of the week we are servicing Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle Hunter and the Mid North Coast. We have warehouses in Morisset and Port Macquarie. In saying this we do travel to Victoria, ACT, Queensland and region NSW for some of our clients.
How can I book JC Entertainment and Events?
Simple! fill out the form on this page and a team member will call your the same business day. We will have a chat and find out more about your event. We may need to book in a site visit or we can send a package over straight away. To lock us in we require our agreement returned signed and a 40% deposit.
My venue said I have to use the inhouse AV Company?
It is still worth a conversation with our team about your event. In most cases you dont need to use the inhouse AV team. In some venues they are great, but in others there skill level and inventory might be capping your events potential. There are three possible options:
1) We come in and bypass all the inhouse AV.
2) We can work alongside the inhouse AV team to help ensure your event isn't affected.
3) We may recommend the inhouse AV will be sufficient and cost effective for your event.
