That’s completely up to you. We offer flexible support so you can stay as hands-on or hands-off as you like.

Yes, we tailor each event to your budget and are happy to consider your preferred suppliers however we recommend using trusted professionals from our network the best result.

4. Do you offer on-the-day event support?

Yes, if you choose our full-service or on-site support options, a dedicated Event Manager will be there to oversee the entire day and ensure everything runs smoothly.

5. How soon should I start planning with you?

The earlier the better, especially for larger events. But we’ve also turned around successful events on tight timelines, so get in touch and we’ll find a solution.

6. What locations do you service?

We have offices located at Morisset and Port Macquarie in New South Wales so specialise in the Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Mid North Coast Regions. However our 'Guide You' program has can be done nationwide. We do also travel nationwide to deliver events which is great for multi city roadshows or events.
